Q. Is there a minimum contract length?
No, unless you want to benefit from discounts and sign up for one of our annual plans. You can start and stop your service at any time; however we cannot store your content while you are gone.
Q. Do I get a discount for longer contracts?
Yes, for 12-month contracts we offer a 10% discount. There are no refunds on yearly service contracts.
Q. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a partial-month upgrade fee, or a partial-month refund depending on the price of your new plan.
Q. What is meant by unlimited?
All ThirdPresence plans have unlimited storage; however as per our Fair Use Policy we will monitor your account for any unintended use such as file sharing.
Q. Can ThirdPresence be downloaded to my own computer?
No, we provide a hosted web service only. This is because we are only able to offer our service as it is today with the added scalability and flexibility of our cloud-based infrastructure.
Q. How do I discontinue my service?

Q. How do I sign up?
You can start with a free trial or subscribe to a paid plan immediately, it’s up to you! If you start with a free trial, you can upgrade your account when the trial ends without having to upload your content again.
Q. Does my content need to be in a mobile format already?
No. Your content can be in a variety of different file formats, we will handle the conversion to mobile formats.
Q. Why isn’t ThirdPresence free?
We believe that ThirdPresence provides a valuable, time saving service so we charge for it. Because we charge for our service and have a stable business model, our users don’t need to be worried about the stability and reliability of our service.
We always fix every bug we find, and we meticulously respond to every support request from our users.
We constantly update our service to be compatible with the latest mobile devices that appear on the world markets.
Our servers have extremely high uptime, which means that your content is always available to your viewers.
